Cancellation Period / Timeframe

The cancellation period is 14 days after delivery. 

Method of Refund

Refunds are issued via the same form of payment used to purchase the goods

Damaged / Defective / Incorrect Goods Damaged

We will arrange the goods to be collected / swapped over at our expense. If the goods are damaged by the fault of consumer - these goods are not accepted for return or refund.

Shipping & Packing Costs for Returned Goods

The consumer will need to pay for sending goods back to you. We do not refund the delivery charge.

Products Returned Exceeding the Cancellation Period Mention

If consumers return products after the cancellation period - the goods are not accepted for refund.
